I hope that you are doing well right now during this crazy crazy time of life for all of us. Over here, I feel like I have done the dishes and taken out the trash about a bazillion times. Seriously…where are all the spoons!?
In the midst of taking care of everyone in your world, don’t forget to take time for yourself. My favorite way to practice self-care is to take a warm lavender bubble bath and eat cookie dough bites.
This could also be a great time to try a new hobby or make time for an old creative pursuit.
Work on a passion project. Clean out your closet. Finally bake a creme brûlée. Bust out your old records from the vault and spend an evening listening to your favorites on vinyl. Cuddle up with your pup on the couch. Really anything that works for you and makes you feel content.
While it’s easy to feel like everything is hopeless and allow yourself to get bogged down in all the negativity out there, it’s vital to our mental health to try to focus on the good.
